Subscriptions are billed by ClearLevels LLC; charges appear on your card statement as CLEARLEVELS.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Because this is a digital subscription delivering access immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

EU/UK consumers

If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and accessing the content immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose that withdrawal right once access has begun.
