Clear Levels ("Clear Levels," "we," "us") is operated by ClearLevels LLC. These Terms are an agreement between you and ClearLevels LLC. By accessing this site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Clear Levels is
Clear Levels is an educational and entertainment service. We publish the observed activity of an automated trading bot ("Scrooge") operating in a simulated account. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial professional. Nothing we publish is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to trade. All content is general, impersonal, and identical for every subscriber. See our Risk Disclosure.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our content, or share access to the private channel. Access is for your personal use only.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials are owned by Clear Levels and may not be used without permission.
6. No warranties; assumption of risk
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or delivery. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss; you trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your decisions.
7. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Levels will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three (3) months. You agree to indemnify and hold Clear Levels harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your trading decisions.
8. International users
The service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and consent to processing of your information in the U.S.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
